Abstract		The legal regulation of health care in traffic represents a connection between the system of health care and traffic as a whole. Health care, i.e. the system which includes health organization and other factors concerned with health, practically meets with a number of other systems of the entire organization of society, jointly solving a countless number of actual siatuations. The entire traffic system is one of the systems whose connection and close cooperation with health care is always actual and indispensable. Its actuality and indispensability have been conformed in the legal regulation of health care in traffic, which is, among others, also the same of yhis seminar. The tasks performed by health care in relation to traffic are a matter of various standards of the legal system. Precisely because of this the individual fields are dealt with in different sections: - air traffic, - railway traffic, - sea traffic, road traffic. With regard to the fact that preparations for the modification and supplementation of legal standards as well as their adaptation to new social intentions are in progress, assistance will be indispensable to the health worker.
