Abstract     The collecting of body fluids for the analysis of the eventual presence of any of the psychoactive substances is a forencis procedure and in most cases not ordered upon by a physician. The collecting of body fluids and their toxicological analysis represent only a part of broader proceedings, covering also some orientational tests for the affirmation of the presence of alcohol and other psychoactive substances, and the final, complex assessment of all gathered data. The refulations precisely define premissible and nonpremissible concentrations of alcohol in traffic participants, which are, however, not defined for other psychoactive substances. For the analysis of the presence and concentrations of psychoactive medications, drugs and other psychoactive substances, great evquantities of body fluids are needed than for alcoholimetric analysis. In such cases, also a goal-oriented medical check-up is required, which encompasses anamnestic data, the assessment of mental status and behavioral characteristics, general medical check-up and goal-oriented neurological chek-up. The data arrived at after performing all the above mentioned procedures and the data on the concentration of the psychoactive substance. In forming such an opinion, one should be extremely cautious, which is ever more required in cases of psychoactive medications.
