| Abstrakt | Chronopharmacology is a branche of science which involves the investigation of drug effects upon the characteristics of endogenous bioperiodicities. Circadian rhythms of metabolic processes influence different effects of the drugs if they are administered at different times of the day. Chronobiological approach to the therapy enables optimization of the effectiveness of drugs and to diminish the side effects. | |
