Abstract		Psychometric characteristics of cognitive tests do not provide sufficient background to directly rely upon test results at clinical work. While the psychometric and statistical methods are not controversial in the scientific research paradigm, they can not be applied in single case clinical assessment. Specific clinical method is theoretically discussed and practically demonstrated on several cases. Common and unavoidable mistakes by isolate use of cognitive tests are analyzed and proper use of tests within clinical method is explicated.
