Abstract     In the following text some techiques are presented, that facilitate memorising and infonnation recall. Amongst the most widely used techniques are graphic presentations, repeating and visualisation. We know different mnemotechiques from antique. Rhetorics were using them to memorise parts of the speeches as well as sequence of messages in the speech. Visualisation, imagination of images and series of images as well as construction of stories with information to be memorised belong to the most efficient mnemotechiques. Visualisation is used to build up a mental representation following principles of connectedness, uncommonness, exaggeration and creativity. Sound figures (e.g. rhythm and rhyme) are used whenever the association between data and images is not possible. Pin words are used when information have to be memorised in precise rank order. Memorising can be improved by stimulating associations between information and emotion as well as between information and pasdt experience.
