Abstract		In this article the characteristics of decision making in physiotherapy, such as: complexity, evaluation, scientific basis, cost effectivness of treatment, uncertainness and hazards in decision making are described. Furthermore, the decision analysis method by means of decision tree is introduced. At the end, steps in the decision-making process, essential for it's effectiveness are pointed out.
