Abstract		This article presents child abuse and neglect and ethicaL dillemas, that boder community healtle nurses, when she is working with such children. In a survey the author made among community health nurses in Community health centers of Gornja Radgona, Lendava, Ljutomer and Murska Sobota the situation in Pomurje was discovered. The responsibility of community health nurses is ti continue with nursing research on this field of interest. Multidisciplinary approach is necessary.
