Abstract		While treatment of pediatric cancers is a relative succes story, considering their high cure rate, clinicians have a responsibility to avoid late effects of therapy in cured patients. The treatment of cancer is usually multimodal approach, which includes chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. One can not consider modern intensive treatment without good supportive care. Different treatment modalities, their side effects and supportive care are presented in the article.
