Abstrakt     Globalisation of the medical profession began with establishing the World medical association. The doctors' moral crisis is nowadays deepen by our consumption society and raising medicalisation and justification of life. The traditional relation between a doctor and his patient is changing. Patients seem to objectify the doctor instead of being partners. More and more laws and legal regulations impede the doctor's conscious and moral acting. Unproductive complaints and exaggerated medical affairs promote the development of defensive medicine. The profession itself has to take care of its ethics and professionality. Therefore it is necessary to get to know the novelties from the WHO and other institutions. The doctor has to be aware of his wide moral, professional and penal responsibility. Nevertheless, health care of highest quality if the doctor is independent in his decisions.
