Abstract     In the period from July to August 1987 in the cardio-angiologic out-patient department of the haemodynamic processes in the brachial artery in 241 examinees with cervicobrachial syndrome and in 172 examines in the control group were analyzed. The frequencies of systolic and diastolic flows, diastolic reflux, pulsation index and the photoelectric plethysmographic finding were analyzed. The obtained data were used in analyzing the relation between the control and the indicated group. The systolic flow frequency and the finding photoelectric plethysmographic show no significant changes in the inicated group. The diastolic flow decreases significantly, while the diastolic reflux and the pulsation index are significantly higher in patients with cervicobrachial syndrome
