Abstract		A prospective study was performed for evaluation of closure of small tympanic perforations using adipose tissue. Under local anesthesia,14 myringoplasties with adipose tissue were done. The operation was made as a procedure involving only one day of hospitalisation. Our results of adipose tissue myringoplasty in a small number of patients are comparable to the results reported in literature.
Summary		V pregledni študiji smo ovrednotili zaprtje majhnih perforacij bobniča z maščevjem. Na ta način smo operirali 14 bolnikov, vse v lokalni anesteziji z enodnevnim bivanjem v bolnišnici. Uspeh miringoplastik z uporabo maščevja je, sicer v majhni seriji, primerljiv z rezultati, ki so navedeni v literaturi.
