Abstract		Before travelling it is necessary to define the aim of travelling from the medical point of view and estimate the level of risk. Giving advice to travellers is also of great importance. The main role is given to physician who knows travelfer very well. When giving advice the right choice of travel medical kit must be taken. It must be individual, adapted to each traveller according to aim of travel, travellers health problems and way of travel.
