Abstract		The article tells us about managment of patient with pelvic fracture which is very ofen at polytrauma. The fractures are stabile or unstabile. Unstabile fractures are very dangere for patients, becouse they make a massive hemorrhage in abdomn cave. This patients need care at place of accident to prevent a hemorrhage. After arrivel to the hospital, we continue with antischock theraphy and emergency diagnostic procedures. At the end of hospital care this patient need a longtime intensive rehabilitation.
