Abstrakt     Chronic diseases affect different organs and also differ completely from each other according to origin and development. However they mostly share same risk factors, like: too much energy productive, meaty and fatty food, too much alcoholic and sweetened drinks, inadequate quality of fats and not enough fibric and protective substances (antioxidants). Physical inactivity and smoking can have an additional negative influence on the health. With the proper nutritional habits and altered life-style, we can substantially reduce the influences of the risk factors for gaining chronic diseases.
