Abstract		Brest diagnostic tools are combination of clinical examination, mammography, US, MRI and biopsy. Clinical indications for breast MRI include women with dense breasts (particularly young women), screening women at high risk for breast cancer, assessing the extent of breast cancer before surgery and for staging breast cancer. MRI is useful for imaging of breast with breast implants and breast tissue surrounding the implant. MRI is superior by evaluating the integrity of prosthesis. Dynamic MRI with contrast agent becomes a good complementary method for diagnosting breast cancer.
