Abstrakt		Preface of article present occupational therapy services. A qualitative research with case study was done on clinical ward of rheumatology, in Hospital of M.D. Peter Držaj, KC Ljubljana and on the department of medical rehabilitation in General hospital Maribor. The intention was to represent occupational therapy services performe-d in above-mentioned health institution and then compare it with occupational therapy services noted in Unified fist of health services, published in 1982. Within the case study an openly observing method without participation was used, as well as semi structured interview and use of documentation material. The results are showing problems of noted occupational therapy services in above-mentioned official document, which is obsolute, and for that very reason occupational therapy services are noted incorrect and insufficient. Further more some of them are not noted at all, including problems with definition of cadre and time normative.
