Abstract		The consequences of chronic rheumatic disease could affect all areas of human responses, experiences and activities. The incidence of chronic illness has an impact on personal and socio-economic status of the client and his family. Occupational therapy treatment of the client is important, helping him to understand and develop the correct approach to the disease, further rehabilitation and quality of life. Rehabilitation is long and never complete.
