Abstrakt		The management of individual organizing units within various health institutions is becoming more and more important. The success of the entire institution depends on the functioning of each of its constituent parts as well upon co-operation, negotiation and coordination of its various activities (work). The increasingly expanding and complex institutions need an effective information system. The info system should enable a total functioning of the clinical laboratory. A particular attention has to be given to the storage of results and supporting documents as well as to the confidential nature of the data. The accessibility to the data for each user of the system has to be defined as well.
