Abstrakt     Examination of professional literature from professional field brings to realization, that there isn't a lot of ideas and of hints in literature and of examples in practice, that be helped at general arranging of concept learning organization to practice. Contribution is introducing theoretical base and of thinking about initiation of concept learning organization to practice over system of development of human sources with stress on education / to learning individual, groups and learnings on level of organization. Idea leans on model of seven manners of learning and of residence Boydell and Learya (1996) and to model of flow of energy between idea and action individual and policy and activity of working organization Pedler and Aspinwall (1996). Models serve interpretations of professional socializatotion as framework and of levels, of submission of education / of learning in working organization. In finale work offers seven groups of pointers of quality on field of education / of learning Cheng and Tam (1997), that they are introducing matrix of finding to quality of education in working organization and indirectly useful source of data of planning of renovation of existent processes of system of administration of human sources with stress on their development.
