Abstract		Making diagnose is allways a complex process and it is hard to avoid errors. In emergency medicine, where time is an important factor of treatment success, is the risk of making error even greater. This could be one of the reasons for making mistakes, but it cannot be an excuse. Every mistake must make us considering and we should all learn something from it.
