Abstrakt		Induced hypothermia improves outcome in comatose survivors after resuscitation and ROSC from out of hospital cardiac arrest due to VF and pulseless VT. Cooling should be initiated as soon as possible after the ishemic phase to yield maximum benefit. We could start cooling these patients already in the field using simple cooling methods.
