Abstract     In Slovenia as all around the world we can see increase in cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. In diagnostic procedure there are many invasive and none invasive steps. The key of effective therapy is wright diagnosis at wright point of time, with most effective and at least dangerous procedure. We must not endanger our patients with our therapy. We are very effective in folowing Guidelines for management of Acute Coronary Syndrom (1), but less precise with folowing Guidelines for management of Acute Chest Pain (3) and Guidelines for the Clinical Application of Echocardiography (2,4).
