Abstract		Before we implement any changes in the emergency medical dispatch system there should be a thorough system analyze on behalf past, present and future period. For good strategic planning, easier and better implementation of changes and better results all that is of crucial importance. Witnessed SWOT analyzes shoved on present weakness and strenghts in present system and oportunities and threats in the environment. For sure it is vise to take into account stated findings because that is one of warrants that future emergency medical dispatch system is going to be efficient and in favour for patients and cooworkers in rescue services and emergency medical services.
