Abstract		Have you ever been thinking about amount of a work that's actually done on a non-emergency ambulance transport? Did you do only the transport of a patient or you also did the work which is nowhere written, mentioned or not payed? I evaluated the non-emergency transports and the work of the rescuers at Ambulance Station CeIje. Rescuers wrote on a list: amount of the additional work, weight of a patient, an accessibility of ground, movability of a patient, conditions of transport and of course, how long did it take that the patient was ready to be transported. An analysis was done on 376 transports. Results of the analysis are showing the facts.
