Abstract		The article describes a case of a patient, who lost a lot of blood from the upper part of the digestive system and consequently suffered cardiac arrest. As she was bleeding internally, it was imposible to slop the hemorrhage. Further, the lungs couldn't be effectively ventilated due to clogged blood in her mouth. The blood continued to flow, and the aspiration was not successful. As a possible alternative method we indicated the use of special compression probe, which helps to stop bleeding.
