Abstrakt		Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is among all traumatic injuries the most serious one. With all the needed information provided in-time, the adequate treatment and rehabilitation can reduce the consequences. However, effective rehabilitation is a long-term process and requires an interdisciplinary approach. In Slovenia, there is lack of the in-time needed information about TBI and a possibility to regularly exchange experiences among patients, their families, friends and caregivers, supported by experta. We applied a new approach to support rehabilitation after TBI with a help of the Web portal, including experts' support. We considered users needs, specifications and guidelines for Web accessibility and provided content structure with design issues for the portal. We created the portal and named it "Head up". The ponal was on a trial period, being tested and evaluated by users and is now ready to support people involved in rehabititation after TBI.
