Abstract     Due to Safety and Health at work act an employer must irilmediately report to the Labour Inspectorate any fatal injury or any injury at work leading to an absence of more than three consecutive calendar days. Labour Implementatiorr of ESAW methodology project was launched in 2000, aiming at harmonised data on accidents at work for all accidents entailing rnore than three days' absence from work. During the 2003 the Labour has started to process the statistical data exlusively in accordance with ESAW methodology. Due to higher reporting discipline the internet accident at work report form version has been prepared.
