Abstract		Individuals thinking about something is right and what no, reflects in individual evaluation moral. Everybody has own standpoints, convictions and values about all width and to extent of certain action, of procedure and matter Thinks about ethic or no ethic of action and procedure is not black white, within the meaning ethically and no ethic, but somewhere on continuum between these two extreme situations. Thinking of action and procedure is depended by toleration of individual, that it varies so, as through time change also generally valid standpoints, convictions and values of society. Contribution considers ethical dilemmas, researchers responsibility to subject, responsibility of college and medical institution. It shows submission of comittee for medical ethics and of Court of honor at National Nurse Association.
