Abstract		It is very important for patients with lungs difficulties asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) to learn how to live with their illness. We heal and teach them at all ages. Relatives are also included in learning process. The best effect is achieved by using drugs with local effect, wheu side effects are minimalized. It is very important for patient to know how to use the prescribed drug properly. By this the possibility of permanent lung disorder is excluded, improper use can cause infection and long term troubles with breathing.
