Abstract		This paper will present and discuss the main results of research on content related to illicit drugs in the Slovenian mass media. It will present the media agenda on illicit drugs, the main promoters for mediatization of and reporting on illicit drugs in Slovenia, type of information on particular drugs in the Slovene mass media, and communication tools used by the main Slovenian public health advocates for mediatization of issues on illicit drugs.
