Abstract		From 1985 to 1995 at the urological departements in Maribor, Slovenj Gradec and Murska Sobota 846 ureterorenoscopies were done because of the ureterolithiasis. More than 90% of patients had the stones in the distal part of the ureter. ln 86,6% of patients the ureteroscopic removal of the stones was successful. After the ureterorenoscopy early and late complications wcre minimal.
