Abstract		Expert systems have their limitations and deficiencies too (expert - human input; modest medical knowledge bases; poor incorporation in everyday workingenvironment). Hypertext is one of many methods for improvement feed-back information. Expert systems and hypertext have complementary functions and united in a common context, the synergy is so strong we promote them as expertext. The classical computer today is just a host for software simulation ofneurocomputerneural networks. After combining of all three of them (expert system, hypertext and neural network) we will be able to talk about Medical Information system with NeuroExperText environment: MISS-NET configuration/system: - expertext environment: expert system with "if-then" rules and feed-back information in a hypertext environment; - neural network: for pattern recognition and example based learning; - connection with knowledge bases: medical knowledge bases and data bases about the patients.
