Abstract		This paper is a brief review of the beginning and development of computerised medical record processing in our region in psecific field of management in the primary medical care. In this context is given a complete system from the moment of the data gathering through the data entry and data processing invoicing up to the application of statistical and medical station in Olmo. The vision of further expanding of this segment in specialistic parts of medicine is given at the end.
