Abstract		In addition to personal data on medically-insured persons, anamnestic data, praesens status, the version also contains the results and evaluations of laboratory tests, as well as the functioning abilities of important body organs or body systems. Each verified diagnosis has a code and is also classified according to type or aetiology (occupational disease, work-related disease, chronical disease, psychosomatic disease). Besides these criteria, an assessment of the state of health and working abilities are given. This computer programme contains the entire MCD with four-digit codes, a list of occupational diseases with criteria for recognition, a uniform list of medical services, and other useful data. The programme also contains notices sent to a worker, his/her physician and employer, and enables the analysis of the health state of a group of workers and preparation of a monthly work report. The programme allows the immediate incorporation and use of data already recorded on computer mediums.
