Abstrakt		A case of bilateral optic disc drusen in a young man, aged 21, is described. Visual acuity was normal, there were irregular visual field defects, and pattern-reversal VEP showed a significant delay of the P1 and N2 waves. These findings match well with the recent reports in the literature. Pathophysiology of drusen and possible causes for this delay are discussed.
