Abstract		The draft of the new Slovene reporting form for diagnosed AIDS and HIV infection cases is presented. The form is being tested in a pilot study since 1st July 1991. The old form has been revised as the new AIDS rase surveillance definition is used since 1st July 1993 and the demand in terms of qualily and extent of collected data has changed.
