Abstrakt		Background. Authors finds out that obout 13 per cent of primary-school visiting children (up to fourteen) are constitutionally too fat. Methods and results. In the treatment u) obesity various methods are used strick diets, psichological advising. . . Beside standard methods some physicians are using also alternative treatment. One of them is accupuncture. In introduction authors are explaining primary principles of accupuncture and advanced applications which are used in treatment of obesity children. One of the programmes for stimulation of specific body areas are presented. Conclusions. It is concluded that accupuncture should be only adjuvant method in team approach of obesity.
