Abstrakt     In this review some important DNA enzymes and drugs, affecting on them have been presented. DNA polymerases, DNA methyltransferases and DNA topoisomerases are target of many antimicrobial and antitumor drugs. So the quinolones, as chemotherapeutics, are inhibitors of a group of bacterial DNA topoisomerases - DNA gyrases. The substances, which are also important for further development of antibacterial drugs, have been described.
