| Abstrakt | This paper presents empirical data that were gathered on a sample of Slovenian workers with in the framework of international research LEECH - Low-educated employees towards health, which was carried out in 2009 in four European countries: Latvia, Poland, Spain and Slovenia.The results of research allow us a comprehensive insight into the needs of different target groups of workers, their educational needs, readiness to change their /ifestyles, etc. They also represent an important starting point and suggest further possibilities for the design of specific interventions for health in the working environment (health promotion and health education programmes for employees). | |
