Abstract		Three different pulmonary manifestations of Crohn's disease. Three patients with different pulmonary manifestations of Crohn's disease are presented. In the first case pseudomembranous granulomatous tracheobronchitis with obstructive bronchiolitis was found. In the second case lymphocytic alveolitis occured one year prior to the bowel disease. In the third case Crohn's disease was manifested in the lungs in the form of recidivant acute pulmonary oedema due to immune complex pulmonary vasculitis. Clinical picture together with X-ray, bronchoscopy findings, histology and immunohistology are discussed. The hypothetic role of sensitivity to fungi in Crohn's disease is suggested.
