| Abstrakt | Rhythm control using antiarrhythmic drugs is a common approach to treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation. When established antiarrhythmic drugs are used to this end, there is no benefit compared to rate control. Newer antiarrhythmic drugs and treatment with catheter ablation could make a difference in this regard due to less proarrhythmic side effects. | |
