Abstract		Keeping confidential health records is a very sensitive area which is based on the trust of the patient - doctor. Because of the newly introduced technology, the process and transmitting information has became very demanding. Accordingly written and unwritten rules are important. It is vital that at a national level, a public service and common key (key management), is established for all users of the Slovenian Health Service.
