Abstract		With the introduction of computer technology in science in the past decade, enzyme kinetics acquired entirely new dimensions. The greatest progress was made in the field of aquisition and subsequent analysis of kinetic data, which largely improved the effictiveness of rapid kinetic equipement. This paper presents the principles of modern kinetic analysis, including major rapid experimental technicques, data acquisition and conditioning systems, and outlines the fundamentals of mathematical modeling of enzyme reactions.
