Abstrakt		By very short decidous teeth in the lateral segmen it is imposibile to anchorage the palatinal plate with customary orthodontic retaining springs. With a notch in the buccal surfaces of the teeth in which the reteining springs are positioned we can get a better anchorage of the plate by unilateral and bilateral crosbite. The plane cores the teeth and had a screw and is not removable.
