Abstract     Teoretična izhodišča: Vodje uporabljajo motivacijo, da lahko usmerjajo in vodijo aktivnosti v želeno smer, saj prav zaradi motivacije ljudje ob določenih spretnostih in znanju delajo. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti motivacijske dejavnike zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi ter vpliv motivacije na kakovost, zadovoljstvo in pripadnost. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Kot metoda raziskovanja je bilo uporabljeno poizvedovanje, za metodo zbiranja podatkov pa vprašalnik, ki je vseboval vprašanja zaprtega tipa. Uporabljen je bil računalniškega program SPSS 20,0. Za ugotavljanje statistično pomembnih razlik je bil uporabljen t-test. Za ugotavljanje vpliva neodvisnih spremenljivk na proučevano odvisno spremenljivko je bila uporabljena regresijska analiza, za oblikovanje dejavnikov, značilnosti merjenih spremenljivk pa metoda glavnih komponent. Rezultati: Iz analize rezultatov je opaziti statistično pomembno razliko med samooceno vodij in oceno ostalih zaposlenih glede skrbi za motivacijo (t = 8,818; p<0,001). V raziskavi je ugotoviti, da pri vodjih, kot ostalih zaposlenih pohvala v veliki meri vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Z analizo glavnih komponent smo dobili tri dejavnike, s katerimi lahko pojasnimo 59,9 % celotne variabilnosti motivacije. Hkrati smo ugotovili, da lahko z motivacijo pojasnimo 67,1 % celotne variabilnosti kakovosti, 35 % celotne variabilnosti zadovoljstva in 49,7 % celotne variabilnosti pripadnosti. Razprava: Znano je, da so motivirani zaposleni bolj zadovoljni in s tem bolj uspešni in učinkoviti pri delu, s čemer pripomorejo tudi k višji kakovosti dela. Pomembno je, da se vodje in zaposleni v zdravstveni negi zavedajo, da vir konkurenčne prednosti niso samo storitve, materialni in finančni viri, temveč predvsem motivirani, zadovoljni in pripadni zaposleni.Introduction: The leaders used the motivation to be able to guide and direct the activities in the desired direction, because of the motivation people with certain skills and knowledge work. The purpose of the study was to determine the motivational factors of employees in health care and the impact of motivation on quality, satisfaction and loyalty. Methods: The study was based on quantitative methodology. As a research method has been applied to query for data, collection method is a questionnaire containing closed questions. We used the computer program SPSS 20.0. For the determination of a statistically significant difference was used t - test. To determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable studied the regression analysis was used and the principal components analysis was used to establish the factors that account for the characteristics of the measured variables. Results: The analysis of the results shows a statistically significant difference between the leaders of the self-assessment and assessment by other employees regarding employee motivation (t=8.818, p<0.001). The study concluded that both leaders, as other employees boast a major impact on employee satisfaction. We the principal component analysis we got the three factors, which can be explained as 59.9% of the total variability of motivation. At the same time, we found that the motivation to explain 67.1% of the variability of the quality, 35% of the total variability of satisfaction, and 49.7% of the total variability of loyalty. Discussion: It is well known that motivated employees are more satisfied and also more effective and efficient at work, and those contributing to a higher quality of work. It is important that managers and employees in nursing are aware that the source of competitive advantage are not only services, material and financial resources, but also motivated, satisfied and loyal employees.
