| Abstract | Za nobeno učinkovino ne moremo z gotovostjo trditi, da je njena uporaba med nosečnostjo varna, zato skušamo uporabo zdravil v tem obdobju čim bolj omejiti. V prispevku je predstavljena varnost uporabe zdravil pri nekaterih kroničnih in akutnih obolenjih, ki lahko brez zdravljenja predstavljajo velikotveganje za zdravje nosečnice ter ploda.None of drugs can be declared as absolutely safe during the pregnancy. Therefore, it is reasonable to limit the use of drugs during this period to the minimum possible. The present article reviews the safety of drugs used forselected acute and chronicle illnesses that have the potential to harm pregnant woman and fetus if left untreated. | |
