Abstract     There are many drugs which influence directly or indirectly on the cell membrane, whether mammalian or non-mammalian. The drug may disrupt the membrane in such a way that it becomes highly permeable; either by influencing the interaction between phospholipids and proteins or by forming complexes between ligands and sterols. Many substances change membrane lipid fluidity and consequently they can affect receptor and enzyme function on both static dynamic level. How efficiently the drug pass through the lipid portion of the membrane, can also be essentially contribute to the action of some drugs. In the present work a considerable effort is intended especially to study of some cholinergic substances.
