Abstract		The article presents a summary and development of preventive programmes, gathered in the study of the Society for preventive and voluntary action, made possible by the Ministry of health and social care in November l992. The aim of these programmes is maintenance and development of various aspects of individual and community psychosocial health. The programmes represent methods of work with individuals and small groups, who join them voluntarily in their leisure time.
