| Abstract | Autologous bone removed from a rib or the anterior iliac crest is the most suitable biological material for the repair of large bony defects produced by enucleation of a jaw cyst. The author describes the procedure of removing the graft from the donor area and filling the cystic defect in the jaw. | |
