| Abstract | The described modification of Masserann's method consists of using only the screw-clip from the Masserann kit, the rest of the procedure being performed with classical and FG drills. The fractured instrument is approached with classical drills, gripped with the screw-clip and withdrawn from the root canal by leftward rotation, accompanied by fine rapid vibration in the apico-coronal direction. | |
